Cigarette Sandwich have been called “the best sketch comedians working in Chicago” by the Chicago Tribune. Time Out Chicago claims that Cigarette Sandwich’s Chicago SketchFest appearances have “you peeing your pants in laughter.” Their live show, The Power Half Hour at the Annoyance Theater, became a cult draw in Chicago. It served as the inspiration for their recently filmed self-produced pilot. They mix a raw, improv-fueled style with absurd content, brewed from seven years of sweat and hustle in the bars, garages, and basements of the Chicago comedy scene.
